-Name: Jaice Grimmol

-Age: 16

-Gender: Male

-Height/Weight/build: (in description)
-Hometown: Solaceon town*does not remember much about it*

-Region: Sinnoh, moved frequently, last known home in Kanto.

-Race: Human

-Trainer Description: He is 5'10", and 186.5 Lbs despite his thin appearance. His eyes are a startling blue, almost silver like Diamonds reflecting off the sea.  His hair is blonde with the tips Died black, making it look like he stuck his tongue in an electrical socket. He wears Glasses half most of the time, square single focal styled glasses but dislikes them and so keeps them in a pocket.  He always wears a black button up shirt and slacks, as if ready for some important event, (though he never does go to them if he's invited,) and a fedora. He happens to also have a pop-up top hat and a ball cap in his bag.

-description of alternative outfits:  He carries in his handy dandy super duffle bag modified backpack, swim shorts, his "battle/training suit", which consists of heavy duty bite-proof insulated gloves, High strength work pants, not nearly  as durable as the gloves but far more maneuverable,  fireproof Denim jacket (toughest jackets around), Steel toe boots and tinted goggles. He has learned from experience that not all Pokémon are EASY to train. Shedinja battle gauntlet. (see Shedinja entry)

-hobbies: Messing with people, Investigating, training new Pokémon in new ways, fighting Pokémon (usually by hand), Taking on challeneges, learning new things, being right.

-Orientation: Neutral. Pay good, it'll be WHATEVER YOU WANT.

-Personality: The best way he can be described is quirky, enigmatic, and altruistic. If it doesn't interest him he won't do it, simple as that. At the same time, he seems to do things on a whim, whenever the urge comes along. He isn't impractical though, and will follow through with something he takes up, or is challenged to. The reasoning for his decision to take on his current challenge is because he'd heard no-one could, and as such, he saw it a CHALLENGE to engage in all three main forms of, competitions, gym battles, and breeding, as he had his interests in them ALL anyways.

-History: Born in Sinnoh, his family moved about allot due to archeological digs. By the time he was 12, they had moved nearly eleven times. Always off to find a new set of ruins, always to learn more about the past. Even though he helped them as much as he could, all the constant moving, combined with the fact that his family never seemed to be interested in his own personal life, always pouring over ancient manuscripts, caused him to become distant and uncaring, less responsive to nearly anyone he met. Then, while they were in Johto, while his parents were at the Ruins of Alph, he stumbled upon the sprout tower. And it was here where he met the ghastly, Jasper.
Jasper was a jokester even back then, always trying to get a rise out of the monks who lived in the tower, never to much avail. The people who came in now and again to visit however… well to him their reactions were the best. He kept doing this for a good while, until Jaice happened to visit and fell into one of the Pokémon's tricks. Thus started a 3 month war of tricks and traps and vacuum cleaners, to which there seemed to be no winner, until Jaice tricked him to the outside of the tower, where he dive-bombed him from the top of the tower, catching him in a dusk ball he had brought from their last home and landing in the water with a VERY, large splash.
His parents were VERY angry about this and tried to get him to let the Pokémon go. They almost made him when they were stopped by the elder sage, Sage Li, who told them that they should be proud of their boy, as he had done something nearly impossible; he had outsmarted the smartest Pokémon in the tower. And more than that, he had done so with honor. After a bit of convincing, they allowed him to keep the Pokémon, and at the age of thirteen, start on the path of a trainer.
He soon found he had a niche for handling Pokémon with tempers, or strange quirks, even preferring Pokémon like this. He never made it through the Johto league, but did manage to up to the 5th gym badge before he moved on, coming to the Hoenn region, where he visited his family who were working on the many newly discovered ruins that had supposedly "Housed the Titans of Ice, Stone and Steel." He was introduced here, to a new form of battle: Coordinator Competitions. He had happened to catch a show of true coordinating skill when both Juan and Wallace were there, giving a battle between each other to show people what a Coordinator battle is like. The event mesmerized Jaice and he poured himself into Coordinating, not for the sake of winning the entire competition, but to have fun with his team and do something EXCITING.
That is not to say that he DIDN'T win himself quite a few ribbons. But even though he had more than enough to compete in the final competition, he decided not to. Instead, at 15, he poured his newfound time earning some extra money by Interning with a Detective.  While he did not like the desk job, he found he had an excellent mind for puzzles, and often helped his boss by finding clues in the oddest of places; a strange scratch in a wall, a peculiar footstep, things that seemed to jump out to him. Soon enough he had enough money to do what he had wanted to: Take a trip to Kanto, to meet the person everyone knew as "The Pokémon Professor," Professor Samuel Oak.
The professor was quite the man for his age, seemingly knowing what was on the young kids mind like he was a Psychic. Jaice learned quite a bit from him, about Pokémon's eating, living, and breeding habits. He learned about how Pokémon could breed with other Pokémon, about how to care for newly born Pokémon and was given tips on how to raise even more Pokémon.  Having found a new road in life yet again, he spent the next three years as an intern, working with the Pokémon and helping care for them, all the while training his own Pokémon in case something should happen. When he was 18, he bid the pokeranch goodbye, having been given a new offer, a new challenge in the mail. He had been offered to partake in a NEW league. And he never backs down from a challenge.

-Additional Information: He has many scars on his legs and arms, usually covered up, which are from raising various Pokémon. He has a habit of enraging people, because an angry person is a truthful one. He loves a good joke as well as the next guy, but believes in moderation for all things.
Known moves: Scary face, Nasty plot, take down,Glare

About Pokémon:

-  Gengar. (Levitate)(Melano coloring)
-  Jasper.
- Hasty/Highly mischievous. Jasper is a joker loving prankster who, rather than fighting direct battles, toys with people. He has a habit of playing mean jokes to test people, and can seemingly make crazy contraptions from scratch.
-Pokémon moves: Sludge bomb, Thunder bolt, Focus blast, Shadowball

-Infernape (Blaze)
- Ignacious (Iggy)
-Rash/Proud of it's power. Iggy hates to sit still, hates to play defensive, and DESPISES a lack of challenge. He is the type who would see a door locked by a puzzle and decide the answer to the puzzle is breaking the door open.
- Flare Blitz, Stone edge,  close combat, and blast burn.

-Flygon (Levitate)
-Rosa
-Naïve/Alert to sounds. Rosa is very finicky and unsure of herself in battle, and doesn't believe in herself. She only truly comes out to her full potential when she is protecting a person other than herself, at which point she is truly to be reckoned with. She is one of the fastest pokemon Jaice owns and is truly pampered, as he knows she does not like to battle.
-U-turn, Sandstorm, Dragon Tail, Dragon Claw.

-Shedinja (Wonderguard)
-Cid
-Docile/capable of taking hits. Shedinja is a, shall we say SPECIAL case in the party as it serves no other purpose then a living shield. When he originally found the Shedinja, it had taken a liking to him. This was most certainly against Jaice's will, as he tried sending it to the professor so that he could take care of it. But it would not let the transfer machine affect it, using its wonderguard ability to stay. In the end, Jaice found that it had a habit of attaching itself to his arm, and so he devised a special gauntlet to let him stay there while making full use of his abilities.
- Protect, hyper beam, X-scissor, Will-O-Wisp.

-Gorebyss (Swift swim)
- Melody
-Timid/Very Finicky. Melody is probably the youngest member of the team and perhaps the most likely to get in trouble if left alone, as she would fret or the simplest of details. She hates dirt and so if she has to go onto land, she will use Psychic to float. She also has a grudge against Jasper, who though it would be HILARIOUS to add die to her living pool, turning her orange-y yellow for a few weeks.
-Shell smash, Psychic, Aqua ring, baton pass.

-Metagross (Clear body)
-  Albert
-Relaxed/highly preservant. Albert is perhaps hands down the oldest member of the team, and the wisest. He is not quick to take action, but knows when the right time to attack is. He prefers to let his opponents make the first move and then soundly beats them, teaching them a lesson if he can.
-Meteor smash, Zen Headbutt, hammer arm, earthquake.
